This device is designed especially for use of aircraft.  It gives the positions of all the stars included in both the American and British Air Almanacs, and may be used either for identifying of spotting stars.  It consists of a Star Base with the northern sky on one side and the southern on the other.
This kit is 79 years old, shows some staining but is complete.
