1960’s Vintage American Tourister 3 Pc Luggage Set. Condition.
Set of three vintage blue gray american tourister overnight luggage cases, with keys.
This set includes the MGM, Tiara, and MGA cases and comes with two sets of keys (three keys total).
The MGM is the largest measuring 21Wx20Lx8H, the Tiara is 21Wx15Lx8H, and the MGA is 14Wx9Lx9H
These cases are in excellent shape with a vintage feel from the various places they have visited and experienced. All of them function properly. The MGM and MGA do require fairly precise lining up to close the latches, but it is not difficult. The MGM also has a couple of scuffs as shown in the first few pictures. The insides all show some discoloration from age. The MGA’s classic label is a little broken on the A letter and the inside is missing the grill around the lid, exposing the glue which is sticky to the touch. It also has some light make up stains in it. The MGM lid fabric has crinkled from age in a couple of spots but is still holding strong. It also has a very faint mark on one side from what might have been a travel label of some kind. All the metal on the back side of the cases have a petina on them from age.
