1977-PQuarter Great Shape With LARGE Planchet Clip ERROR
Here’s avery nice example of a clipped planchet error coin. Not only is the coin in thebest possible shape, but the error feature is clear as a bell with all thetypical Mint-Made diagnostics for a US clad 25 Cent coin.
Most quarterclips are smaller than this one, and there are fewer that are larger. I don’tbelieve this coin has seen circulation, but had been handled very slightly init’s past. It would be a star in any collection, due to it’s appearance.
