    You are bidding on a  1999 ANACS MS64 Dropped Motto IGWT Connecticut Quarter Mint Error Largest Known.  The ANACS label is wrong as this is the largest known dropped letters.  Examine all photos closely.  Errors are becoming very rare as the mint has put in systems in 2002 to virtually stop all majors errors from getting out of the mint.
