Always wanted to drive a mid-engine car so I picked this old girl up. Was incredible fun for me for the past several years, the steering dynamics of these MR2s are really unlike anything else I've driven! Now with my growing family I've got different priorities and I barely get the chance to drive it so its time to pass her on and allow someone else to enjoy!
2002 MR2 Spyder with only 55k miles. The only non-stock additions to this time machine are the Top Speed header and Magnaflow downpipe, otherwise the vehicle is bone stock. Runs and drives like a dream, no issues with oil leakage, oil burnage, transmission, engine, or suspension issues of any kind. Brand new rear tires, and plenty of tread left on fronts.
I believe two previous owners (the latest one an older gentleman who clearly did not drive it much) and then myself. Car has always been garaged and covered. Paintjob is pristine except for a few of the usual tiny scratches around the doors and one spot on the hood that I admittedly screwed up when I tried to fix some scratches (see pics). There is also some slight surface rusting on some of the underbelly parts. None of the spots are in anyway structural or affecting proper function of the vehicle. Also a few rubbed or aging spots on the original rims (see pics) All these slight issues have already been factored into the asking price.
