This lot is for a VERY NICE RARE NGC Certified U.S. Mint WAFFLE Cancelled ERROR Uncirculated Kennedy Half Dollar Coin, this coin has a partial 2013d DATE but the date is NOT noted on the holder.  Grading companies usually won't put a date on holder unless its 100% complete.  THIS COIN WAS STRUCK BEFORE BEING WAFFLED & HAS LOTS OF DETAILS SHOWING.  Coin is well struck with nice details that are very easy to see so there's no question it's a Kennedy Half.  RARE Half ERROR as the US Mint cracked down on Error Coins in 2001 so its tough to find ANY dramatic errors after that.  Waffled Coins had some kind of Error so they were rejected for normal circulation & Waffled to make sure they didn't get into circulation.  These are 100% legal to own.  This is a Nice
