All tformersa80 products have 2 year warranty (unless otherwise stated).In the very unlikely event that you have a problem with our product, please contact us via eBay messages.
Easy Return:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in an un-used condition in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange. The refund/Exchange will not include postage/eBay costs. Please note you MUST contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any part. Any parcel without the Return Authorization Number will be rejected.
If your item is faulty or was incorrect, you must contact our sales representative before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to solve the problem effectively. Video or picture is required to show the item condition before we issue the Return Authorization Number.
Important notice:
1. Any returned item(s) without Return authorization number will be rejected.
2. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped
3. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible
4. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected at our discretion in 3-5 business days. Then, the updated result will be informed.
If you have made a mistake on purchase and wish to cancel the order before it is dispatched please contact us by ebay message as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy
We committed to provide good quality products to all our customers. We accept return or exchange within 30 days. No hassle for refund, 30 business days money back guarantee after we received the returned items. We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. We want you to be 100% happy with the products you got. Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by eBay messages within 30 days after you received the item. We will issue you an authorization number for return and help you out.
Any products that has been used are subject to restocking fee. The restocking fee percentage will depend on the condition of the returned products. The defective products are eligible for free exchange and no restocking fee will be applied.
All returned items must be in original condition with original tags and packaging. The reason for return:
1. Item Quality problem:
1). Buyer need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.
2). Please allow us to have 2-3 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our technician will inspect every return item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacture defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.
3). If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us first, before you leave any comments. We are dedicated to assuring that you will get top quality products and service.
2. Buyer purchased the wrong item or Buyer does not want the item:
1). Buyer need to pay the return postage.
2). Buyer must contact our customer service within 30 days after the item arrived.
3). Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. And the depreciation fee will be charged (15% of item Value at least) for any product that have been used.
3. Shipping damage:
We use FedEx / UPS Ground / USPS for US local address orders. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.
4. We shipped the wrong item
1). Return items must be in original condition.
2). Buyer must contact the sale representative within 30 days after the item arrived.
3). We would be under the responsibility to issue you full refund or send you a new product, once the return item is received.
