Ames Navy Officers Cutlass Civil War. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
USN naval officers cutlass. Extremely rare all original condition the scabbard does not have the large star on the drag. The blade is correctly marked USN DR 1862 and stamped Ames and DR on pommel. All original grip with wire. The US and cut out was probably crushed at some point and and there are some repair marks on the n. This is a extremely difficult Sword to come bye at a much lower price due to condition and scabbard lacking the star on the drag. If you absolutely need a nice one with the scabbard with a star let me know and I can list on eBay The one in excellent condition I have but that will be for 9400
