DIME MIS STRIKE 1989 U S DIME RARE ERROR BEAUTIFUL

Description

This is a Vintage 1989 P ROOSEVELT DIME MIS STRIKE......When I found it in 1989 I put it in an antique locket and there it has stayed until now.....I am not an expert on coins ....I just thought it was so unusual and it looked as if it was in beautiful condition....It looks to me as if it's off center by 30-40% and to me it looks as if it was hardly circulated......It's extremely shiney and bright......I'll leave all of that up to the buyer......Please see my other items...... including the European Silver Money Locket that it has been in for the last 30+ years......As always.....Thanks for looking!
