    Installation Instructions:
    Step1: Remove two 18mm nuts that hold the tow hook to the frame and remove tow hooks.
    Step2: Locate one of the chassis brackets provided. Using OEM hardware mount the chassis bracket to the tow hook location under the vehicle.Repeat for other side.
    Step3: Locate the crossbar bracket and line up the holes in the chassis support bracket with the crossbar bracket.
    Step4: Locate the vertical support bracket. Using provided button head bolts Mount the vertical support bracket to the outside of the chassis bracket with the crossbar bracket inside.Repeat this process for other side.
    Step5: This completes the installation process.

    We do recommend that all buyers inspect all their order(s) upon receipt, no refunds are available unless the item is either damaged or defective. *If buyer received any damage, defective, or incorrect item, we will issued buyer a return label. *All exchange item will need to be return within 30 days for an exchange. *Any item that are return after 30days, our Return Department reserve the right to reject the return/exchange item.

    Lost Or Damaged Packages
    If you receive your item damage please contact our customer service team within 48 hours to file a UPS claim. UPS will attempt to pick up the package in a total of 3 attempts For inspection.
    The investigation can take 5-8 business days. A replacement will be sent to you once the damage items are returned to our location.
    If you did not receive your item after delivery confirmation you may contact our customer service team to start a trace with the carrier. We will report a lost package, keep in mind that the investigation can take 5-8 business days. UPS will be in contact with the received to gather more information needed.
