    Description

    1966 SMS in Incorrect Packaging
    The 1966 sets were issued by the U.S. Mint in hard plastic cases - not in flat packs.
    The U.S. Mint used foil tokens in Proof Sets until 1964 and a plastic token in the 1965 SMS.  There
    were no tokens in the 1966 hard case SMS.
    This particular 1966 Special Mint Set is in a flat pack and has a foil token, both of which
    are in error.
