OUR AUTOGRAPHS:
A good portion of our autographs are obtained by a gentleman and his three daughters who travel extensively to acquire them. We also purchase large collections which have autographs, some have certification some don't. We prefer to guarantee our autographs instead of having them certified.
We do this because we can sell for less by not paying the certification fee, and we have determined over a period of years that the certification of autographs is not an exact science. We have experienced many situations where items we knew were signed in person (in fact had the video of the signing) and have had the certification turned down. Also, on occasion we had an autograph approved and another (signed at the same time) turned down.
This is understandable, you probably have seen a sports figure or celebrity walking and scribbling their autograph, how could anyone certify it was real? We want you to join our over 6,000 satisfied customers, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your autograph purchase from us return it for a full refund.

Payment is due within 5 days after purchase. Please notify us if payment can not be made within the 5 days. We are very flexible on payment methods and due dates. If payment is not made within 20 days an "Unpaid Item" case will be open due to the fact that I will still get charged the selling fee.
SHIPPING:
We only charge you for the price of the materials and the price of the acutal shipping fee, nothing extra.  Any order 0 or more will be shipped with FREE signature confirmation. We take pride in our work so we make sure the item(s) get to you as safe and secure as possible.
COMBINED SHIPPING
:   We do combine shipping, so if you purchase multiple items please allow us to make the proper adjustments and send you an updated invoice. If you pay for the shipping cost on every item, we may not notice.
FEEDBACK:
Feedback is given most of the time when the item has been shipped. Please don't forget to give us feedback so future customers can see how we do business. RETURNS
:     We offer a 14 day return policy. At the time of delivery please inspect your item to make sure it has not been damaged, we ship our items very well but sometimes mistakes due happen. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
