Fostoria "Romance" 13 3/4" Platter ~ Beautiful Clean Condition!

Description

Here is a Fostoria "Romance" etched platter.  It is 13 3/4" in diameter.  There is a tiny rough spot on the outside rim that I found when running my fingernail along the edge.  There are a couple over very light scratches.  It is in very nice clean condition with no chips or cracks.  It weighs about 3 lbs.
