Description

Official Handbook for a Intermediate Program Girl Scout in 1957. This is a hardbound edition and is in very good condition considering the age. Copyright 1953, this is the 1957 printing. The front has the Girl Scout's name, address and price, and the back page has a camp entry in pencil, otherwise there are no markings inside the book, no tears, no folds, no stains. This book features a vinyl jacket cover, which I think is anachronistic, as the cover does not correctly fit the book. It may have shrunk with age, or did not originally come with this book. The Trefoil in design on the vinyl cover shows seven stars. The book does have a slight musty odor, considering it is sixty-five years old, it is in good condition.
