    Description

    We have this wonderful framed print of the old B & O railway station in Winchester, Virginia, by S.E. Kemp,  #189/350 - signed and dated 1989.  This print has been professionally matted and framed by the Germain Frame Gallery of Winchester, Virginia - label on the back.  The inner mat opening size is 9 1/2" X 13" and the frame measures approximately 15" X 19" .  It is in good condition - the frame has some minor scuffing on each side.  This piece was a part of my father's estate - he was living in Winchester at the time and acquired this piece for his home.  Wonderful for display!
