Canadian made waterproof breathable scotchlite reflective strips. Mesh interior with elastic draw cord to keep it tight on helmet. Has neck flap to keep water out of your jacket. Has a firm brim to keep water off your face.
Brand new never worn. I bought it in anticipation of bike commuting in the rain but I moved west before I could wear it and it doesn’t rain here!
