produced these 5 chime aluminium train whistles during the 70s and 80s.
Steve and his sons (Mintz Whistles) have restarted production and now have available our famous whistles.
These whistles are new production and are identical to our previous production line.
Our whistles are tuned exactly to the prototype used on steam locomotives and are designed to be mouth blown.
They may be blown by compressed air or steam at 10-20 psi.
These are ideal for Bands, Drama Productions, and sound effects.
