U.S. Model 1819 Harpers Ferry Hall Socket Bayonet 1819 Hall Bayonet
This is a very rare an original U.S. Model 1819 Harpers Ferry Hall Socket Bayonet 1819 Hall Bayonet in nice untouched condition. The steel has an overall brown patina. The bayonet has a “T”-Shaped mortise and its socket is elevated and cut with an offset recesses to allow the offset sight of the hall Rifle to pass into the bayonet Socket. There are no marking on the bayonet. The Bayonet measures 19” overall with a 16” blade and a 2-7/8” socket.
