    Description

This is a historical photo of Washington DC's Union Station taken shortly after its opening by the U.S. Library of Congress.
The District of Columbia's Union Station consolidated passenger rail traffic into the nation’s capital city with its first train arriving in 1907.  World War II saw 200,000 passengers pass through it daily. It underwent a major renovation in 1988 and today serves as the headquarters for Amtrak, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation.
It is printed on glossy cardstock photo paper which is acid-free and with Canon inks that are guaranteed for 100 years without fading.
The prints comes in a 11" x 14" wooden frame that is matted and has a solid scratch-free plastic cover that minimizes the risk of damage. Please note that the watermark is visible only on website photos and it is not placed on our final portraits.
